Recently, the 2023 China (Lanzhou) International Beef and Lamb Pre-made Food Industry Conference, organized by C&D Convention and Exhibition Group, was successfully held in Lanzhou.

Under the planning and execution of the Sealf Exhibition, a subsidiary of C&D Convention and Exhibition Group, this conference spanned two days. More than 100 prominent enterprises in the beef and lamb supply chain, along with 500 professional buyers from chain restaurants and supermarkets have attended the conference. Additionally, dozens of industry representatives also participated in this event. The conference meticulously planned a series of events to promote comprehensive collaboration within the Lanzhou beef and lamb industry. These included the grand opening ceremony, captivating guest keynote speeches, an exquisite dish-tasting dinner, sessions dedicated to connecting supply and demand, and an engaging live promotion of special dishes through e-commerce platforms. Additionally, the conference arranged enlightening tours and visits to the food industrial park, aiming to foster a deep understanding of the entire Lanzhou beef and lamb industry chain. The ultimate objective was to actively stimulate cooperation and explore innovative avenues for the development of pre-made dishes, while simultaneously propelling the construction and growth of the beef and lamb industry in Lanzhou at various levels.
